Getting Fit

Where are you on your fitness meter? On a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best, how would you rate your physical health? On the same scale how would you rate your personal fitness?

We all know the many benefits to getting fit. The question is, do you want that for yourself? First ask yourself, Why do I want to include fitness in my life? Then, ask yourself, what is one thing I can add to my schedule this week to improve my fitness?
