How Much Time Do You Have?

It is important to take care of ourselves. Right? The first question to ask is...How much time do you have to dedicate to self care? 5 minutes a day? 30 minutes? 40 minutes? Next, ask yourself...what are things that I can do that really help me take care of myself and feel good? exercise? laugh? yoga? watch a movie? read a book? Get the idea?

Now, given the time you have, pick which self care activities you'd like to incorporate in your day. Need more time? Is there something you can rearrage to make this work?

Good luck! It's not easy juggling all these pieces!
